Payment
I accept paypal, credit card, and bank transfer (Japan only). The payment is expected to be made immediately upon purchase.
For customers who are interested in paying by Japanese bank transfer, please note in the "message to the seller" box. You will receive an email with bank transfer information within 24 hours.
If you are planning on paying later, please notify me before hand. If I don't receive a payment within three days without notice, the purchase will be canceled and the item will be relisted.

Shipping
All clothing is shipped via EMS (Expedited Mailing Services). This method provides insurance up to 20,000 yen (approx. 230 USD) and tracking number. You can track your package via Japan Postal Mail Services page:

For U.S. customers, you can track it via USPS website:

A tracking number will be provided via email once the package is shipped. It usually takes 3-5 days from Japan to the U.S. For other countries, it takes 5-10 days. 

All accessories (headbands, mitts, hats, scarves etc) are shipped by regular international mail. This method does NOT provide insurance or tracking number. If you would like to upgrade your shipping to EMS for your accessories order, please send us a message.
For lost and stolen mail - although it doesn't happen all that often, if this happens to you, please send me a message. We will work something together.

Refunds and Exchanges
At this point we are not accepting any returns or exchanges. All sales are final, especially for custom order items.

Sizing
Please know your measurements and compare them with the listing. We take time to accurately measure the clothes. We will not be held accountable to damages to goods during the postage and lost mails,and we try my best to pack the items safely.

Other
Please write your addresses correctly. 

Care and Wash instructions
Most of the times, We pre-wash the fabric before I sew to avoid color change and stretch. So while most of the itmes are fine in the washer and dryer, I recommend gentle washing in the machine in cold water and laying it flat or hang to dry to be safe.
